At the end of the day,
when our beautiful Kalamata sundown paints the whole area in a colourful
red, it is most refreshing to take a bath in our pool while watching the
beach and the nature around.

It is also a great pleasure to explore the neighbourhood around our place. Kalamata is the regional capital of Messinia, located in the southern Peloponnes at the messinian bay. The ancient greek population having lived here in the MANI were called the MANIOTIS. There houses have been built by old stones with small windows for a better defense against enemies. Still our neighbours call themselves proudly MANIOTIS.

| One of their greatest desire would certainly be the return of King Konstantin. Especially in this region you’ll find his picture nearly everywhere. |
